Grade 80 Lifting Chain (load chain) is the high quality chain product used for lifting chain applications. It uses superior quality alloy materials . G80 lifting chain is strictly produced according to the standards ISO3077, EN818, AS2321, assuring 4 times safety coefficient and 2.5 times tested loading capacity. G80 chain can be polished, black-coated, paint-dipped, electroplated processes to adapt heavy humidity, acidic or alkaline bad conditions. It is a kind of lifting chain (load chain) with high tensile strength.

1.Material, heat treatment

1.1. The material of the chain shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. On the premise of meeting these requirements, the manufacturer shall select a steel so that the finished chain can meet the mechanical performance requirements of the relevant standards.

1.2. Heat treatment All chains shall be heat treated according to relevant standards before applying manufacturing verification force.

2. Dimensions

2.1 Material diameter The material diameter of any section of the finished link shall be equal to the nominal size, and its tolerance shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. During measurement, the average value of two mutually perpendicular measurement results in the same section shall be taken. During the measurement, avoid the weld, and on the straight edge of the chain link to avoid the deformation of the section caused by the contact of the chain core mold affecting the measurement results.

2.2. The length and width of links of other dimensions, the pitch of high-precision chain and the length of several links shall comply with relevant standards.

3. Manufacturing

3.1 The flat or asymmetric welding seams of the manufacturing process shall be located in the middle of the chain link. On either side of the middle part of the chain link split, the size of materials affected by welding shall not exceed the specified value of relevant standards. The welds shall not be misaligned at any place to make the outline of the link concave. Trimming

3.2. The convex edges formed by welding shall be removed from the flat welding chain.

3.3 The convex edges formed by welding on the outer surface of the chain link shall be removed and the convex edges on the inner surface shall be retained for the asymmetric welded chain.

4. After the heat treatment and process treatment of manufacturing verification force (MPF), the finished chain shall withstand the manufacturing verification force specified in relevant standards. The testing machine shall meet the requirements of Appendix A. The chain shall be put into the testing machine without torsion. After the verification force is removed, the competent person shall carefully inspect and replace the unqualified link. When the chain is toggled, it should rotate flexibly. When surface treatment processes such as pickling or electroplating are adopted, the chain may be brittle, and the manufacturing verification force shall be re applied to the finished chain. Suitable equipment and lighting shall be provided to inspect the chain after the proof force is applied.
5. Any link connected to the link in the manufacturing process shall be treated to ensure that each link in the finished chain has the same state. If the chain link is connected after applying the manufacturing verification force, the part of the chain affected by the access treatment shall be subject to the manufacturing verification force and inspection again.

6. Breaking force (BF) and total ultimate elongation (A)

The breaking force and total ultimate elongation of finished chains shall at least meet the requirements of relevant standards.

7. The minimum bending resistance of the bent finished link shall comply with the relevant standards
